There are four stages to avoid fearing heart fitness.

  1. You just don’t know – Many people after a heart event or trying to avoid a heart event just don’t really know what to do. That is why it is important to get some great information from a heart specialist
  2. You now know but are not doing. At least you now have the information on heart fitness and have to develop routine in actually doing. The chances of something bad happening while exercising is quite slim. That is why it is important to focus on our exercise precautions.
  3. You now know and are doing it.  Congratulations you are now on the path of success. You are starting to develop a routine but still have to be pushed to get the benefits.
  4. Autopilot. You now are exercising on autopilot. Here is where you get the benefits of heart fitness when you are flying through it on autopilot.
