Welcome to Heart Fit Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website www.heartfitclinic.com or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or scheduling an appointment.

1. Our Services

Heart Fit Clinic provides heart health assessments, prevention and reversal programs, ECP therapy, nutritional counselling, and supplement products.
All information and services provided are for educational and wellness purposes only and should not replace the advice or treatment of your physician or healthcare provider.

2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

  • All assessment appointments require a $200 deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due as per your service agreement or at the time of service.

3. Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy – Assessments

To respect our clinicians’ time and ensure availability for other patients:

  • You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of care and scheduling efficiency.

4. Late Cancellation & Late Arrival – ECP Therapy

Due to the high demand for Enhanced External Counterpulsation (ECP) sessions:

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session.

  • Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or be considered a no-show, depending on availability.

This policy ensures we can accommodate all patients efficiently while maintaining quality care.

5. Supplement Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your supplement purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened supplements may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit.

Please note:

  • Opened supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • If you experience any adverse reactions, please contact our team immediately for guidance and support.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our programs and services are designed to support heart health and general wellness.

  • Results vary by individual; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

  • Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency treatment.
    If you experience chest pain or other serious symptoms, call emergency services immediately.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal health information. All patient data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable privacy laws, and professional standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and media — is the property of Heart Fit Clinic or used under license.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heart Fit Clinic, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which services are provided (e.g., Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario) and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Canadian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
